How does the OrderX POS signup and onboarding flow work?

Select your plan below to open the guided OrderX setup wizard. You will enter your restaurant details, review the monthly subscription and service agreement, and complete secure Stripe checkout to unlock your OrderX dashboard immediately.

Can I add extra handhelds, KDS screens, or kiosks to my plan?

Yes. Every plan supports additional certified PAX, SUNMI, or Verifone stations, handhelds, KDS displays, or self-ordering kiosks for $49/month per additional device.

Can I upgrade my plan as my restaurant grows?

Absolutely. You can start on Scale or Dominate and upgrade to Growth at any time from your merchant dashboard or by contacting our account team.

How to start with OrderX Cloud POS

The OrderX Cloud POS system is compatible with Android, iOS, and Web platforms. Contact OrderX experts to get an account license for your restaurant. Then download the OrderX App or enter OrderX web backoffice to make the initial configurations: Menu, table, hardware integration, Store setting, Inventory setting, and so on. The initial configurations are easy to be finished within hours.

What devices is OrderX capable of running in

No matter what kind of existing smart devices you have, OrderX is compatible with them. You can run the OrderX system on your Android tablet, Android-based POS terminal, Android handheld, IOS tablet, iPhone, and Windows browser. And the OrderX system can run on multiple devices at the same time, flexibly responding to any type of restaurant business scenario.

Support platform

The OrderX app is compatible with Android devices running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher, as well as iOS devices running iOS 12.1 or higher. This means that you can install and use OrderX on a wide range of Android smartphones and tablets, as well as iPhones.
